Financial Advisory Projects

Financial Advisory Projects for Small Business

Scoped projects for businesses that need help with a specific financial issue, decision, or area of improvement.

Not every financial problem needs an ongoing engagement. Sometimes you need targeted, focused work on one specific thing — and nothing more.
Each project is scoped around your actual situation, not a generic service category. You leave with a real plan, clear priorities, and next steps you can act on.
Available as a standalone engagement — you don't need an active monthly relationship to access this work.
Financial Advisory Projects are scoped engagements designed to help you solve a specific problem or make a specific decision. They're not part of your ongoing Fundamentals engagement — they're targeted work for situations that need more than a monthly check-in. Each project is built around your actual situation, not a generic service category. You leave with a real answer and a clear path forward.
These are some of the situations we work with most often. Every project is scoped around your specific circumstances — not a template.

A client comes to us saying their business looks profitable on paper but they're constantly short on cash and can't figure out why. Within the project, we trace the gap — owner draws outpacing retained earnings, a receivables timing problem, and one expense category running 40% over budget with no one catching it. They leave with a clear picture of exactly what's happening, what to fix first, and what to watch going forward.
That's what every project delivers — not a report that describes the problem, but a clear answer and a path forward.
Projects are fixed-fee and typically range from $1,350 to $4,500 depending on scope and complexity.
What affects where a project lands in that range: The primary factors are the complexity of the situation, the depth of analysis required, and the number of advisory reports or deliverables included. A single-question entity structure review lands at the lower end. A multi-scenario acquisition analysis with supporting reports lands higher. If you're not sure where your situation falls, the Financial Clarity Assessment will help us scope it accurately.
The Financial Clarity Assessment is the starting point for most Financial Advisory Projects. If your books are messy or unreliable, Foundation or Fundamentals work may need to happen first — we'll tell you that clearly during the Assessment.

Not sure where to start?

The Financial Clarity Assessment is where most advisory projects begin. We'll review your situation and identify which project type fits — or tell you if something else makes more sense first.
