Fundamentals is our ongoing monthly accounting service. It includes bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting — the core work that keeps your books accurate and your reports useful every single month.
We offer three tiers — Collaborate, Core, and Concierge — each designed for a different level of involvement. Choose the one that fits your business today. You can adjust later if your needs change.
Tier 1
Collaborate
$250–$575/month
Depending on complexity
You get a second set of expert eyes on your books every month — a detailed findings report that tells you what needs attention, what looks off, and what to fix before it becomes a bigger problem. You stay in control of the day-to-day; we make sure nothing slips through.

About the Monthly Financial Insights Report. This isn't a printout of your P&L. The report translates your numbers into plain-language observations: where your margins are trending, which expense categories are running ahead of prior months, and whether your cash position is tracking in line with your revenue. It gives you the context to know where things stand and which questions need a closer look — so that when something rises to the level of a real decision or a specific problem, you already know it. For Core and Concierge clients, this report is the foundation for your monthly or quarterly advisory meeting, where we work through what it means and what to do about it.
